We are looking for a results-driven Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and a strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Analyze key metrics and prepare performance reports.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget management.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be available to join immediately.
