Role Description The People & Culture Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for shaping and implementing HR and people-focused initiatives across the organization. This role oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention, ensuring that hiring practices align with the company’s values and operational needs. The People & Culture Manager designs and manages performance management processes, learning and development programs, and succession planning to support employee growth. Daily tasks include handling employee relations, supporting managers with HR guidance, maintaining HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The role also leads culture-building initiatives, engagement activities, and internal communication efforts to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Qualifications
- * Demonstrated experience in Human Resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Skills in designing and implementing learning and development programs, coaching, and career development initiatives.
- Ability to drive culture and engagement initiatives, including internal communications and change management activities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices, preferably within service-oriented or sports and fitness environments.
- Proficiency in HR systems and productivity tools (e.g., HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office or similar software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
