Location: Obour City
We're looking for an experienced payroll professional to prepare the monthly payroll accurately and on time, and keep their pay data in order.
PAYROLL — YOU'LL OWN THIS
Prepare and review the monthly payroll: salaries, overtime, allowances, bonuses and deductions. -
Calculate payroll inputs from attendance, leaves, absences and penalties. -
Calculate social insurance contributions and salary income tax.
Prepare payroll sheets, bank transfer files and pay slips
RECORDS & REPORTING — YOU'LL HANDLE THIS
Keep employees' salary data accurate and up to date (new hires, raises, final settlements).
Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll with the Finance department.
WHAT YOU NEED
3years of experience in Payroll
Experience in the apparel / garment industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance and salary tax.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Odoo HR experience is preferred.
High accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
WORKING HOURS - 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Day off: Friday
