Opportunity Overview
Our client is an international influencer marketing agency hiring a Partnerships Manager to convert qualified opportunities into campaigns and new business. The role combines influencer marketing knowledge, confident B2B sales and relationship-building across diverse client types and regions. You will work closely with the CEO, Account Managers and Creative Strategists, owning the sales process and supporting the growth of retained accounts.
Role Description
As Partnerships Manager, you will convert qualified opportunities into influencer marketing campaigns, building client relationships and guiding negotiations through to close. Qualified opportunities are supplied, while Creative Strategists support proposals, allowing you to focus on understanding client needs and shaping commercial solutions. After a client is retained, you will work with Account Managers to identify opportunities for further campaigns, cross-selling and account growth. This fully remote, client-facing position works with the CEO in a startup environment and requires confident communication, commercial judgement and disciplined CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Ownership - Guide qualified opportunities from first conversation through negotiation and close.
- Campaign Solutions - Develop client-focused influencer marketing proposals with support from Creative Strategists.
- Relationship Building - Build trusted relationships with diverse clients and advise on campaign opportunities.
- Account Growth - Partner with Account Managers to identify upsell, cross-sell and new campaigns.
- Market Insight - Bring relevant TikTok and influencer marketing trends to client discussions.
- CRM Pipeline - Maintain accurate, current pipeline records and provide predictable revenue visibility.
Minimum Qualifications
- English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
- Sales Experience - Brings at least four years of relevant international B2B sales experience.
- Influencer Marketing Sales - Has sold influencer marketing campaigns and understands the services offered.
- Revenue Delivery - Demonstrates success winning new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Account Growth - Develops retained accounts through cross-selling, upselling and further campaign opportunities.
- CRM and Organisation - Maintains accurate pipeline records and manages several opportunities independently.
- AI Fluency - Uses AI tools confidently to support daily work and improve efficiency.

- TikTok Campaigns - Has direct experience selling TikTok influencer campaigns to clients.
