The team works closely with customers to provide reliable, efficient, and cost-effective printing services tailored to specific business needs.
Role Description The Owner role at Oyang Digital Printing is a full-time on-site position based in Irbid, Jordan. The Owner oversees daily operations of the digital printing department, including production planning, job scheduling, quality control, and timely delivery of customer orders. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high service standards. The Owner also supervises staff, coordinates maintenance of printing machinery, monitors inventory and procurement, and implements safety and compliance procedures. In addition, the role involves setting business strategy, managing budgets, tracking financial performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Qualifications

* Experience in digital or commercial printing operations, including familiarity with printing machinery, materials, and workflow management.
Strong business management skills, such as budgeting, financial oversight, planning, and performance analysis.
Proven leadership and people management abilities, including team supervision, training, and performance coaching.
Customer service and communication skills to handle client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term relationships.
Organizational and problem-solving skills to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and resolve operational issues.
Knowledge of basic sales and marketing practices to attract new clients and promote printing services.
Understanding of workplace safety standards and quality assurance practices in a production environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Printing Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Ability to work on-site in Irbid, Jordan, and to collaborate effectively in a diverse, inclusive work environment.
