About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Outdoor Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will visit schools across Jordan, build relationships with educators and administrators, and promote our textbooks and educational solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fieldwork, relationship-building, and supporting education through quality resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, and administrators.
- Present and promote educational solutions and textbooks to clients.
- Knowing textbooks and how to present them to teachers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to market growth strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for educators.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English, or Sciences (Master’s is a plus).
- Previous teaching experience (K-12) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage educators and administrators.
- Previous sales or marketing experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to deliver professional presentations and conduct training sessions for teachers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Eager to learn.
- A car and a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Jordan.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
