We are seeking an experienced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the surgical management of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and associated structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and surgically manage a wide range of oral and maxillofacial conditions.
- Perform complex dental and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
- Manage impacted teeth, jaw cysts, tumors, facial trauma, and other maxillofacial conditions.
- Perform dentoalveolar and minor oral surgical procedures.
- Manage facial injuries and maxillofacial trauma when required.
- Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide comprehensive postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
- Collaborate with dentists, orthodontists, ENT specialists, plastic surgeons, and other specialists.
- Counsel patients regarding procedures, treatment options, risks, and recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.
RequirementsQualifications & Requirements
- * BDS/DDS or equivalent dental degree.
- MDS/MS/Diploma or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
- Strong experience in oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
- Excellent surgical skills and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
