Role Description The Operator role at Wotech is a full-time, on-site position based in Damanhur. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring MDF manufacturing machinery, following production schedules, and ensuring that output meets quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include setting up equipment, performing routine checks, reporting issues or defects, and assisting with basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas. The Operator will work closely with supervisors and colleagues to maintain smooth production flow, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
* Ability to operate and monitor industrial machinery, with attention to safety procedures and production quality.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, including material handling and equipment setup.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions, record data, and report issues accurately.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Damanhur, including standing for extended periods and handling physical tasks.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
* Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
