We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to support the delivery of contractor-provided fleet services and ensure that vehicles remain available, compliant, properly maintained, and aligned with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operational requirements related to fleet service delivery.
- Monitor vehicle availability and service readiness in line with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on preventive maintenance, repairs, breakdowns, and vehicle replacements.
- Liaise with workshops and contractor teams to ensure timely completion of vehicle maintenance activities.
- Verify that required vehicle safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and other applicable items, is available and in good condition.
- Identify and report vehicle-related HSE non-compliance.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate vehicle-related timesheets.
- Follow up on timesheet submission and approval and resolve discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle documentation and government compliance requirements.
- Prepare operational and fleet-related reports for management.
- Coordinate with contractor officers, assistants, workshops, and other relevant teams.
- Liaise with client representatives regarding vehicle condition, service requirements, and compliance status.
- Track outstanding operational and maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum High School education; Diploma or relevant qualification is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Previous experience in fleet operations, transport services, vehicle maintenance coordination, or operations supervision is preferred.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
- Good knowledge of vehicle-related safety requirements.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, communication, and reporting skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
