Job Summary
To support the daily execution of operational workflows across business units by managing project tracking, cross-departmental communication, administrative reporting, and logistics coordination. The Operations Coordinator ensures operational processes run smoothly, data across systems is accurately updated, and executive directives are tracked to completion
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process & Workflow Support: Track day-to-day operational schedules, monitor task progress across departmental projects, and follow up on team deliverables to prevent bottlenecks.
- Documentation & Governance Compliance: Organize operational standard operating procedures (SOPs), assist in preparing presentation materials, and ensure team adherence to corporate governance policies.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate operational records, update tracking dashboards (e.g., Bitrix24/Zoho), and aggregate project metrics into weekly/monthly status reports for the Operations Head.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between Operations, other departments, and Business Untits to streamline internal requests, documentation routing, and approvals.
- Resource & Logistics Handling: Support operational resource planning, track inventory/asset allocation for project sites, and coordinate logistics requests with internal field teams.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identify operational delays, flag risks or discrepancies to management early, and follow up on resolution actions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in operational support, project coordination, or administrative logistics (ideally within multi-sector or retail/tech operations).
- Languages: Professional fluency in Arabic; working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with enterprise collaboration platforms.
