About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–6 years of professional experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of business process knowledge and technical expertise, with the ability to understand and analyze client requirements, translate them into effective functional and technical solutions, and contribute to the successful implementation of software applications.
The candidate will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and implementation teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into practical, efficient, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and gain a thorough understanding of clients' business processes.
- Conduct client meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing business workflows and recommend improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Configure and customize ERP/software solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom features, enhancements, and system integrations.
- Identify functional gaps and propose appropriate technical and functional solutions.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper functionality.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist with data migration, system deployment, and go-live activities.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of proven professional experience in a Techno-Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, or Software Implementation role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise software applications.
- Good knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software architecture.
- Previous experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is considered an advantage.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
