IT Pro Services LLC is hiring a Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team remotely on a part-time basis.
IT Pro Services LLC is a Jacksonville, Florida technology company helping businesses with managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, AI automation, websites, business systems, digital presence, and other technology services.
We are looking for a designer who can take an idea, understand the message behind it, and turn it into strong visual content.
This is not a role for someone who only works from pre-made templates. We want someone with a strong eye for design who can create work that feels modern, clear, human, and intentional.

You should be able to take a rough idea, written concept, or content brief and develop it into a polished visual without needing every detail explained.
ToolsExperience with tools such as the following is preferred:
Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects
You do not need to use every tool listed above. We care more about the quality of your work, your design thinking, and your ability to produce strong results.

What Matters MostA degree is not the most important requirement for this role.
We will primarily evaluate:
Your portfolio, your visual judgment, your creativity, your attention to detail, and how well you communicate ideas through design.
Being able to understand feedback and improve work quickly is also important.
Working With UsYou’ll work remotely with the ITPS team on ongoing marketing, branding, social media, and business initiatives.
Some assignments may begin with a clear brief, while others may begin with only an idea or topic. We want someone who is comfortable contributing creatively rather than simply executing instructions.
You should also be comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions when needed.
AvailabilityThis is a part-time position of approximately 4 hours per day.
Applicants should be able to communicate reliably with the team during working days and complete agreed tasks within reasonable deadlines.

CompensationCompensation will be discussed based on experience, portfolio quality, skills, and availability.
