Anchor Consultants is seeking a Mortgage Consultant to support clients throughout the mortgage process, from understanding their financial requirements to coordinating applications with banks and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Understand clients’ financial requirements and assess their mortgage eligibility
Recommend suitable mortgage options based on each client’s profile
Guide clients through the complete mortgage application process
Collect and review all required documents
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions
Monitor applications from submission through approval
Keep clients informed at every stage of the process
Build strong client relationships and work towards assigned targets
Ensure applications follow relevant banking procedures
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of banking experience is mandatory
Experience in mortgages or business loans is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation and client handling skills
Ability to manage multiple applications and follow up efficiently
Organised and target driven approach
