Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000 + Incentives
Working Days: 5 days per week
Experience: 3–4 years
Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on available mortgage products and financing options based on their requirements.
- Assess client financial information to help identify suitable mortgage solutions.
- Assist clients with mortgage applications, documentation, and approval procedures.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to follow up on mortgage applications.
- Support clients seeking mortgage financing for off-plan properties.
- Maintain client relationships and provide updates throughout the mortgage process.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on applications.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in mortgage banking or mortgage advisory.
- Knowledge of mortgage products, financing procedures, and off-plan properties.
- Experience handling mortgage applications and coordinating with banks.
- Strong communication, client servicing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain financing options clearly.
- Knowledge of the UAE mortgage market is preferred.
