About the Position
We are seeking a talented, motivated, and technically skilled Junior / Mid-Level Architect to join our growing architectural and interior design team on a full-time, remote basis.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural and engineering processes, experience in interior design development, strong 3D modeling capabilities, and an interest in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools into architectural workflows.
We are looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, technically competent, and capable of working independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary international team.
Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural drawings, design concepts, and technical documentation.

Prepare and coordinate architectural plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.

Assist in interior design development, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, and detailing.

Produce high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and architectural presentations.

Coordinate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines.

Support the preparation of design development drawings, construction documents, and shop drawings.

Utilize AI-powered tools to improve design workflows, visualization, productivity, and presentation quality.

Review drawings, identify coordination issues, and propose practical design solutions.

Collaborate remotely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and project management teams.

Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.

2–4 years of professional experience in architectural design or interior design projects.

Good understanding of architectural design development, construction documentation, and engineering coordination.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one professional 3D modeling platform, such as Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max.

Experience with architectural rendering and visualization software such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, or similar.

Familiarity with AI tools for architectural design, image generation, visualization, or workflow optimization.

Good knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and architectural detailing.

Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical drawings.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Italian language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Previous experience working on international architectural or interior design projects.

Familiarity with European architectural standards and construction practices.
