At Stay Beyond, we manage 40+ short-term rental apartments across Beirut and Metn. Our guests book with us for one reason: when they walk in, the place is spotless and matches the photos.
We're looking for a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to own that promise.
What you'll do
üîπ Lead and schedule our cleaning team across all apartments
üîπ Inspect units before guest check-in using our quality checklist
üîπ Manage linens, laundry, amenities and cleaning supplies
üîπ Spot and report maintenance issues before guests do
üîπ Coordinate turnovers with our guest support team
üîπ Train new cleaners and keep standards consistent
What we're looking for
‚úÖ At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in hotels, serviced apartments or Airbnb
‚úÖ Experience leading or supervising a team
‚úÖ A valid driving licence
‚úÖ A sharp eye for detail: you notice the hair on the towel and the missing teaspoon
‚úÖ Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure on busy check-in days

üóìÔ∏è Part-time: around 4 days a week, 9:00 AM ‚Äì 6:00 PM
üìç Based in our Jdeideh office, with most of the day on the move between apartments
