Role Description The Medical Representative North role at Medex sal is a full-time, on-site position based in Beirut, with responsibility for covering accounts and territories in the northern region. The role involves regularly visiting healthcare professionals and pharmacies to promote assigned medical and pharmaceutical products, deliver product presentations, and provide up-to-date scientific information. Daily tasks include managing a schedule of field visits, following up on orders and stock levels, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of activities and outcomes. The Medical Representative will collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies, participate in meetings and trainings, and monitor market trends and competitors. The role requires consistent territory coverage, adherence to company policies and ethical standards, and achievement of sales and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present products clearly, handle inquiries, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure responsive support, follow-up, and satisfaction among clients.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and scientific information.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field are beneficial.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical field sales, particularly within the Beirut or North Lebanon region, is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in the field, and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
- Proficiency in commonly used office software and reporting tools is helpful for planning and documentation.
