Master & Urban Planner

Job Description:
Lead and manage master planning and urban planning projects from concept through detailed planning stages.
Develop comprehensive master plans, urban development strategies, land-use plans, and planning frameworks.
Conduct site analysis, urban studies, and development assessments to support planning decisions.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, landscape architects, infrastructure, transportation, and other engineering disciplines.
Review and oversee planning deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements, planning regulations, and relevant standards.
Prepare and review planning reports, presentations, development guidelines, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with clients, authorities, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to planning and design teams.
Manage multiple projects and ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are maintained.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
15+ years of relevant professional experience in master planning and urban planning.
Previous experience in an engineering/architecture consultancy is mandatory.
Strong experience in large-scale master planning and urban development projects.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, development regulations, and planning standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in relevant planning and design software.
