Marketing Manager – Facility Management

CESPRO FM is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and business development, expand our client portfolio, and secure facility management and annual maintenance contracts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Sound understanding of FM services, including Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP maintenance, AMC contracts, and integrated facility management.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools, with the ability to analyse sales performance and prepare management reports.
Required Work Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Sales Manager in the UAE facility management industry. Direct experience in the Abu Dhabi market is mandatory.
Proven track record of securing AMC and FM service contracts for residential communities, commercial buildings, retail properties, or industrial facilities.
Demonstrated experience developing business relationships with property managers, developers, owners’ representatives, procurement teams, and corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
Hands-on experience managing tenders, proposals, quotations, commercial negotiations, and contract closures, working closely with operations and estimation teams.
Experience leading sales and marketing teams, delivering revenue targets, managing lead generation campaigns, and converting enquiries into profitable contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for CESPRO FM.
Acquire new clients and grow recurring AMC revenue.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor team targets, sales pipelines, conversion rates, and marketing results.
Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate proposals, smooth client handovers, and contract renewals.
