Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will provide day-to-day coordination and operational support to the Marketing team, covering marketing documentation, procurement activities, vendor coordination, invoices, and marketing initiatives. The role requires strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and operational requirements to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and related marketing documentation in line with internal procurement and finance processes.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, samples, delivery timelines, distribution, and inventory.
- Manage vendor onboarding and contract renewals, including the RFP process where applicable.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure marketing documents and marketing assets are regularly updated and properly organized on shared drives.
- Provide coordination and logistical support for marketing events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and external vendors on pending approvals, deliveries, documentation, and other marketing requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records to ensure marketing information and documentation are easily accessible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in Marketing Coordination, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Administration is a must.
- Experience working with procurement processes, POs, invoices, and vendor management.
- Good understanding of marketing coordination and operational processes.
- Practical experience with purchase orders, invoices, quotations, contracts, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to maintain marketing trackers, documentation, and expense records.
- Experience coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
