Role Description The Management Information System Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This position oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of management information systems to ensure accurate, timely reporting and data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, coordinating with IT and operations teams to resolve issues, and optimizing workflows for data collection and analysis. The role involves supervising MIS staff, setting priorities, ensuring data integrity, and creating dashboards and reports for leadership. The supervisor also contributes to process improvement initiatives, supports system upgrades, and ensures compliance with internal standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- * Candidates should possess strong Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Systems skills, with experience managing or supporting organizational reporting tools and databases.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose system issues and coordinate effective technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess proven Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills to manage MIS staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in BPO or service-oriented environments and familiarity with data security and confidentiality standards are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving business requirements.
