Role Description The Logistics Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Beirut. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, including planning and tracking shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Logistics Specialist will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues, optimize routes, and maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory requirements. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, supporting export activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Solid Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles to coordinate shipments, inventory, and warehousing.
* Experience or familiarity with Export procedures and international trade documentation.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
* Proficiency with logistics or ERP software and MS Office applications.
* Ability to work on-site in Beirut and collaborate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
