Job role
The Head of Finance is responsible for P&L, balance sheet and all Finance and Controlling, safeguarding, procurement related areas for AZS Morocco. This includes ensuring the overall profitability, financial planning and target setting, management of risks, management reporting, accountable for ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and is responsible for the financial safeguarding of Allianz Services' assets. Leads the team, act as a Business Partner in all finance and safeguarding matters by developing and executing the finance and pricing strategy for Morocco, in support of the overall business priorities in line with the global procedures. In addition the Head of Finance is responsible for managing in a matrix all key functions - including Controlling (i.e. legal, risk, compliance) in alignment and under according guidance from function holder in AZ Services headquarters in Munich.
What You Will Do
**Key Responsibilities* 10+ years’ leadership experience gained in the financial domain of a customer-driven international financial service organization is a must * Solid knowledge of local statutory requirements, Transfer Pricing rules and International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) * Strong affinity with finance systems and processes, and a track-record of driving complex global finance process improvements * Competence in change management and able to translate necessary changes into operational and tactical plans and prepared to be „hands-on“ in the operations when required * Able to think in end-to-end processes, beyond the boundaries of the own department and able to drive efficiency and quality improvements in the company’s processes * Strong understanding of the contact center industry and global market trends.
*Qualifications & Skills** Master’s degree in Business Administration , Accounting, Finance and/or Controlling * Excellent analytical skills, influencing skills, initiative, assertiveness, and decisiveness * Spoken and written fluency in English and French * 8+ years leadership experience in multicultural context * Ability and credibility to act on eye-level with C-level counterparts * Strong understanding of the contact center industry and global market trends. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Result orientation * Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate complex organizations * Growth mindset * Affinity to change and the usage of Gen AI
