üöÄ We‚Äôre Hiring ‚Äì LIMS Software Engineer
We are looking for a motivated LIMS Software Engineer to join our team and work on the implementation, configuration, customization, and support of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and support LIMS solutions based on business and laboratory requirements.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Develop and maintain solutions using Java and JavaScript.
Work extensively with SQL and relational databases, including data analysis, complex queries, troubleshooting, and data validation.
Develop and maintain reports using JasperReports / Jasper Studio.
Support integrations between LIMS and external systems using Web Services, REST APIs, and file-based integration.
Participate in LIMS implementation and integration projects.
Participate in client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, demos, and technical discussions.
Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide technical support.
Prepare technical documentation and project deliverables.
Collaborate with the development and implementation team to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.
Strong SQL skills with solid experience in writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, data manipulation, and troubleshooting database-related issues.
Strong understanding of OOP and software development fundamentals.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ability to work effectively within a team and with clients.
Nice to Have
Previous experience with LabVantage LIMS or any other LIMS platform.
Experience with JasperReports / Jasper Studio.
Experience with Web Services, REST APIs, or system integration.
Knowledge of QC / Laboratory workflows, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in software implementation or client-facing technical roles.
