üíº Position: Legal Manager
⚖️ Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to management and business units on a wide range of commercial and corporate legal matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Identify and assess legal risks and provide practical recommendations to mitigate potential exposure.
- Manage and coordinate litigation, disputes, claims, and legal proceedings with external legal counsel when required.
- Provide legal support for commercial transactions, procurement, sales, leasing, employment, and other business activities.
- Monitor changes in Saudi legislation and regulations and advise relevant departments on their potential impact.
- Develop and maintain internal legal policies, procedures, templates, and contract standards.
- Support internal departments in resolving legal issues and ensure timely legal assistance.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, legal documents, disputes, and other legal matters.
- Liaise with government authorities, external lawyers, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
üéØ Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related legal field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in commercial, corporate, or in-house legal roles, preferably within a multinational, industrial, construction, or heavy-equipment company.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations, particularly commercial and corporate matters.
- Experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, and legal risk management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide practical legal solutions in a fast-paced business environment.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Saudi legal qualification/licensing or relevant local legal experience will be an advantage.
