Role Description The Legal Counsel is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role involves providing legal advice on a wide range of issues, including corporate, commercial, and debt collection matters, to support internal teams and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents, assessing legal risks, and recommending appropriate strategies.
