We’re looking for a LEED ND (Neighborhood Development) Subject Matter Expert to support Yomn on a mixed-use development project in Riyadh.
The project will start very soon so we need immediate availability.
The role will focus mainly on 2 LEED Neighborhood Development credit areas:
1. Housing & Jobs Proximity
Residential eligibility, 800 m walking catchment, employment / FTE assessment, jobs-to-dwelling-unit test, supporting evidence and GBCI documentation.
2. Housing Types & Affordability – Housing Diversity
Classification of planned and existing dwelling units into LEED housing categories, 400 m assessment area, Simpson Diversity Index, supporting evidence and GBCI documentation.
The expected commitment is around 2 to 3 hours per day (but it might be a bit more at the beginning and end of the project), on a part-time / project basis, for the next 6-7 weeks. This can therefore work well for someone who already has a full-time role and is looking for an additional project engagement.
Before applying, please check that you meet most of the following:
Experience in Saudi Arabia / the GCC would be a plus, but is not essential. You are ideally located in Riyadh but this is not essential (most work will be complete remotely).
