Role Description The Legal Specialist will be responsible for supporting attorneys with legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing case documents, and organizing supporting evidence and records. Daily tasks include analyzing legal information, summarizing laws and regulations, maintaining case files, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves assisting in client communication, preparing reports, and ensuring documentation complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, requiring consistent presence in the office and active participation in team meetings and case discussions.
Qualifications

* Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret laws, regulations, and case precedents.
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with legal teams and clients.
High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; professional legal certification or bar membership is a plus.
Experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
Comfort with legal software, document management systems, and standard office applications.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Cairo and adapt to a fast-paced legal environment.
