We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to conduct land surveys, establish property boundaries, and provide accurate measurements for construction, engineering, and land development projects
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Measure and map land features using GPS, total stations, drones, and other surveying equipment.
- Prepare survey reports, maps, plats, and legal descriptions.
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed drawings using CAD or GIS software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Ensure survey work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment.
- Supervise survey crews and ensure field operations are completed safely and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ Proven experience in relevant field.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or eligibility for licensure (preferred).
- Proficiency with GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS software, and surveying data collection systems.
- High communication skills.
- Project management skills.
