We are looking for a highly qualified Land Acquisition Manager to support the planning and delivery of major railway and transportation projects, ensuring the timely acquisition of land and right-of-way required for project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead land acquisition activities for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Manage negotiations with landowners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with legal, planning, environmental, and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and land acquisition procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to land access, right-of-way, and property acquisition.
- Manage relationships with government authorities and public entities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Law, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in land acquisition, right-of-way, or property management for infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in railway, metro, highways, or major transport projects is highly desirable.
