- 7-10+ years in production support / DevOps / SRE in enterprise environments; ITIL certification required (incident, problem, change management)
- Azure stack: App Services, AKS, Functions, Event Hubs, Key Vault, Azure SQL; IaC (Terraform / Bicep); CI/CD on Azure DevOps; Docker / Kubernetes
- Strong Python and SQL, PowerShell
- Observability: Dynatrace / Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry, SLO/SLI, data observability (Monte Carlo or similar)
- Supports .NET/C# apps, APIs, event-driven systems (Kafka, Solace), data pipelines (PySpark, Databricks), scheduling (Airflow, StoneBranch)
- AI-first operations culture: AIOps, AI-assisted incident triage, daily use of coding assistants
- Financial services / asset management experience required/mandatory
