Responsibilities:
Supervise the kitchen team and organize daily work assignments.
Monitor the quality and preparation of meals and products according to approved recipes and standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor inventory and raw materials and report shortages and required supplies.
Organize and prepare workstations before and during operations.
Monitor order speed and quality while minimizing errors and waste.
Train new employees and monitor the performance of the kitchen team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Chef in restaurants.
Practical experience in kitchen operations and management, preferably in burger restaurants.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Strong team leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.
