We’re Hiring – Fresh Project Engineer
SAM GROUP, a steel engineering and contracting company based in Dekwaneh, is looking for a motivated engineering graduate, from fresh graduate to 2 years of experience, to join our team. A Civil Engineering background is preferred.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day execution of engineering projects, mainly in the steel sector. The engineer will work closely with foremen and the internal team to coordinate project activities, optimize material requirements, and follow up on procurement and logistics.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinate project activities with foremen and workers, ensuring tasks are assigned according to project priorities.
Help plan project timelines and follow up on execution and progress.
Review project requirements and drawings to prepare accurate, optimized material requests.
Coordinate with procurement and suppliers, and follow up on material availability, delivery and transportation.
Monitor work quality and ensure execution follows approved drawings and client requirements.
Visit project sites when needed to conduct surveys and check progress.
Keep the team informed about project needs, delays and issues.
What We’re Looking For
Engineering graduate with 0–2 years of professional experience; Civil Engineering is preferred.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Organized, proactive and comfortable coordinating with foremen, workers and suppliers.
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
