Job PurposeTo execute daily purchasing operations, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely material deliveries while maintaining optimal quality and cost to support department workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- * Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders.
- Request quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Track shipments and follow up with suppliers and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance and warehouses regarding invoicing, payments, and material receipts.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
