The role
This is where you learn how social media is really done for big brands. You'll work alongside our Marketing Executive on client accounts, help build strategies and monthly content plans, and keep our creative team's work moving. Within your first year, you'll run accounts of your own.
What you'll do
- Support client accounts, and take the lead on them as you grow
- Research audiences, competitors and trends for each brand's strategy
- Draft monthly content plans for review, and present them to clients with your manager
- Write briefs for designers and editors, and track tasks, deadlines and revisions
- Check every post before it goes live
- Pull monthly numbers and draft the report
- Take notes in client meetings and follow up on every action
In your first 90 days: you know every account you support inside out, your content plans need fewer edits each month, and you don't miss deadlines.
What you bring
- A degree in marketing, mass communication, business or a related field. Fresh graduates prefered
- Internships, university projects or accounts you've grown yourself. Show us
- Strong writing in English and Arabic. A natural Kuwaiti tone is a plus
- You live on Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat, and you notice why some content works
- Organised, quick to learn, and open to feedback
- You use AI tools to research and draft, and you know when the result isn't good enough
