Role Description The IT Specialist role at فرص النماء is a full-time, on-site position based in 10th of Ramadan City. The IT Specialist will manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, and software systems, to ensure stable and secure operations. Daily tasks include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing security measures, and supporting users with troubleshooting and system access. The role also involves configuring and updating systems, documenting procedures, coordinating with vendors or service providers when needed, and contributing to IT-related projects and improvements. The IT Specialist will collaborate with other teams to understand their technical needs and provide timely, customer-focused support.
