Responsibilities
Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * 4 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, server administration, or enterprise hardware maintenance. * Fluent in English, French and Arabic. * Practical knowledge of HP/HPE server hardware and enterprise infrastructure. * Experience with HPE Synergy or similar converged infrastructure platforms. * Experience supporting MSA storage systems and enterprise server storage environments. * Software + Solid working knowledge of proprietary IT technologies, including MS Azure Administration, O365 Administration, MySQL Server administration, Windows Server administration, Exchange Server, Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM....) and Active Directory + Microsoft Certification
