As we expand our on-site UAE team, we are looking for a polished and commercially minded M&A Advisor who understands digital businesses and thrives in a deal-led environment.
This is not a typical 9-5 role. We operate across multiple time zones, and flexibility, accountability and professionalism are essential.
The Role
You'll guide buyers through a smooth onboarding process onto Ecomswap's platform - helping them navigate verification, set up their accounts, and become actively engaged with the platform.
Alongside this, you'll help to expand our buyer network by building relationships with new buyers.
This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven role focused on trust-building, structured communication, and keeping buyers actively engaged with the platform.
Success in this role means a growing, verified, and actively engaged buyer base on our platform - providing qualified leads to our M&A Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage buyers already in our network, both directly and on our platform, checking in regularly and speaking with them about live deals that match their criteria
- Act as a key point of contact for buyers throughout their engagement with Ecomswap, matching them to relevant opportunities and handing qualified matches to the Advisory team to progress
- Maintain a clear, up-to-date understanding of each buyer's acquisition criteria, sector, deal size, structure preferences, so opportunities can be matched accurately as new deals become available in our pipeline
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date buyer records and activity tracking within our CRM
- Build relationships with new buyers (PE firms, family offices, strategic acquirers and independent investors), turning initial outreach into long-term, trusted connections and introducing qualified buyers into our network
- Qualify new buyers through initial conversations - understanding source of funds, acquisition criteria and overall fit - and ensure they complete platform verification (NDA and Proof of Funds)
- Support outreach campaigns and marketing efforts including Google Ads and other channels, aimed at increasing buyer sign-ups and expanding our network
- Represent Ecomswap professionally and credibly within the buyer community, building the firm's reputation as a trusted deal source
What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Commercially sharp, able to understand buyer criteria and connect dots between buyers and opportunities
- You understand the DTC and e-commerce landscape
- Experience in investor relations, business development, or a buyer/investor-facing role i.e. M&A, PE, VC, or brokerage background is a plus
- Confident, proactive communicator who builds trust quickly and maintains relationships over time, with strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable balancing outbound prospecting with long-term relationship management
- You want to grow within a fast-moving acquisitions environment

Important:
- This is an on-site role in Business Bay, Dubai and you will be expected to work from the office
