Turn Your Creativity into Motion!MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles is hiring an “Industrial Designer”:
Location: Obour, Egypt
Key Responsibilities
- Generate creative design concepts for coaches, city buses (single amp; double deck), and minibuses.
- Develop interior and exterior designs aligned with customer requirements and corporate standards.
- Prepare detailed functional and ergonomic layouts.
- Create detailed 3D models and drawings for components such as front/rear ends, bumpers, wheel arches, dashboards, headers, and side finishers.
- Produce high-quality renderings, visuals, and presentation materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Design interior color schemes, including flooring, trims, seats, curtains, and roof systems.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Define fixation sequences and integration with other systems.
- Follow up on prototype implementation and resolve design-related issues.
- Enhance designs based on production feedback and customer input.
- Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and functional requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of design files and revisions.
- Support Marketing and Sales teams with visual materials and design presentations.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or Applied Arts.
- 0–3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in 3D design software: Creo, SolidWorks, or Rhino.
- Experience with rendering tools: KeyShot and Photoshop.
- Strong sketching and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
Passion for automotive and transportation design is a plus!
