Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced IAM Security Architecture Manager to lead the design, governance, and assurance of Identity & Access Management security capabilities within a banking environment.
🔹 Duties & Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the bank’s IAM security architecture, principles, standards, and roadmap.
- Lead IAM architecture reviews and provide security oversight across workforce, customer, privileged, application, and third-party identities.
- Establish and govern IAM security controls covering PAM, RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), MFA, SSO, Federation, and Least Privilege.
- Lead IAM governance and assurance, including control assessments, access reviews, SoD, architecture compliance, risk management, audit support, and remediation tracking.
- Ensure IAM solutions align with the bank’s security policies, regulatory requirements, risk appetite, CBE Framework and industry standards.
- Provide security architecture oversight for IAM transformation initiatives and major technology projects.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams.
🔹 Skills & Expertise:
- 10+ years of experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity, with strong IAM experience.
- 5+ years in IAM, Security Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Governance, or related roles.
- Proven experience within banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, RBAC, SoD, MFA, SSO, and Federation.
- Strong understanding of IAM security architecture, governance, risk, controls, assurance, access certification, and SoD.
- Experience with major IAM/PAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, Byondtrust or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and SCIM.
- Cloud IAM experience is an added advantage, particularly across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM or relevant IAM/PAM certifications.
