WAVES is looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources function, strengthen our people strategy, and support the company's business objectives and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- * Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with business objectives and applicable labor laws.
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and annual salary reviews.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, grading systems, and HR reporting dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
- Support department heads and senior management in organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce optimization.
- Prepare periodic HR reports, workforce analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a regional or multi-department business environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Kuwait and the GCC.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical HR strategies and measurable results.
