HR Business Partner – Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR matters.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
Support recruitment and workforce planning.
Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Monitor attendance, turnover, and other HR-related issues.
Support employee engagement and communication activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Provide HR support to production and other manufacturing departments.
Prepare HR reports and track key HR metrics.
Support training and development activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work with both management and shop-floor employees.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.
