Role Description This full-time, on-site Health Care Account role is based in Giza and supports customers with healthcare-related inquiries and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming calls and messages, providing clear information about healthcare benefits and services, and assisting customers with account and claim-related questions. The role involves following established procedures, documenting interactions accurately, and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when needed. Team members collaborate with supervisors and trainers to stay updated on healthcare guidelines, products, and processes, and are expected to meet performance, quality, and compliance standards while delivering respectful, empathetic support.
Qualifications
- * Healthcare and medical knowledge, including familiarity with basic Medicine concepts and healthcare services.
- Emergency care awareness, such as EMT-related understanding or exposure to emergency medical terminology.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English at B2 level and active listening.
- Training-oriented mindset, with the ability to learn new healthcare processes and systems and apply feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, preferably in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
- Customer service experience, especially in healthcare or call center environments, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Giza on a full-time basis, with flexibility for shifts as required.
- Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and basic data entry; attention to detail and reliability in documentation.
