Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and proactive Head of Recruitment for a reputed company in Riyadh, KSA. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting workforce requirements for projects and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and hands-on experience in the construction or MEP sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Coordinate manpower planning with project and department heads
- Handle employee onboarding, contracts, renewals, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and benefits administration
- Coordinate visas, work permits, medicals, and government-related formalities
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee relations
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit procedures
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and assist in HR audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 13–15 years of HR experience, preferably in HVAC / construction / MEP companies
- Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law and immigration procedures
- Experience hiring engineers, technicians, and site workforce
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
