Helios Fitness Club is growing, and we’re looking for a world class Gym Floor Manager to take charge of our sales, daily operations and member experience.
We don’t want someone who simply sits behind a desk. We want someone who is:

- Confident in selling memberships and achieving targets
- Comfortable leading the team and managing daily operations
- Proactive, organised and able to solve problems quickly
- Passionate about fitness, customer service and creating an incredible atmosphere
Your Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and consistently achieve targets
- Manage the gym floor and oversee daily operations
- Welcome members and make everyone feel at home
- Follow up with enquiries, leads and potential members
- Handle membership renewals and build strong member relationships
- Coordinate with trainers and ensure classes run smoothly
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, service and professionalism
- Motivate the team and bring positive energy to the club every day
Previous gym, fitness club or membership-sales experience would be a strong advantage, but your personality, energy and attitude matter just as much.
