Role Description The Government Relations Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with local government entities and public sector stakeholders to support Dimois Institute’s training and educational initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring relevant regulations and policies, preparing briefs and reports, and coordinating meetings, events, and official communications with government bodies. The executive will draft and review correspondence, support the development of advocacy and engagement plans, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and institutional requirements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align government relations activities with organizational objectives and representing the institute in formal forums, when required.
Qualifications
- * Strong Government Relations experience, including stakeholder engagement and policy interface.
- Knowledge of Local Government structures and familiarity with Public Sector processes and protocols.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in professional settings.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting regulations, assessing risks, and preparing concise reports.
- Experience in education, training, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate across multicultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and basic project management practices.
