Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineering Manager / Ground Engineering Director to lead geotechnical design, site investigations, and technical delivery for construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- * Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, design, and technical solutions.
- Manage engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Review soil investigation reports, foundation designs, and technical submissions.
- Provide solutions for foundations, slopes, retaining structures, excavation, and ground improvement.
- Identify and manage geotechnical risks and construction challenges.
- Monitor technical quality, project deliverables, and engineering performance.
- Support design reviews, tendering, construction, and site activities.
Requirements
- * Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in geotechnical or ground engineering.
- Strong knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, slope stability, and ground improvement.
- Experience with geotechnical analysis and design software.
- Strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in infrastructure, buildings, marine, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
- Professional Engineer / Chartered Engineer status is an advantage.
