Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, construction industry accounting practices, and project cost control.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel and other relevant office applications.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for construction projects.
- Understanding of local tax regulations, payroll accounting, and compliance requirements in Egypt.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a construction company or related industry is strongly preferred.
