Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
2. Maintenance Technician
Department: Mechanical Maintenance
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Support equipment installation and commissioning.
Qualifications
- Mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
3. Maintenance Engineer
Department: Maintenance & Reliability
Key Responsibilities
- Improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Drive continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
4. Quality Inspector / Technician
Department: Quality & Inspection
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Perform measurements, testing, and quality checks.
- Support nonconformance reporting (NCR/CAPA) and root-cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or quality experience preferred.
5. Graduate Engineer Program
Department: Entry-Level Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on manufacturing and process improvement.
- Contribute to productivity, quality, and operational excellence.
- Gain exposure to manufacturing and technical functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
