About the Role
Masarat is building a digital medical insurance platform for small and medium enterprises. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a back-end focus to join our core technical team. You will work on a live microservices platform integrated with insurance companies, payment providers and national verification services, and take ownership of features from API to screen.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and enhance front-end screens in Angular
- Integrate with third-party APIs (insurers, payment gateway, verification services)
- Write unit and integration tests and take part in code reviews
- Support testing, releases and production issue resolution
- Document your work and follow secure coding and data protection practices
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Angular (TypeScript, components, services, forms)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate and SQL (MySQL preferred)
- Experience with Git and a structured development workflow
- Ability to read existing code, learn quickly and work closely with a small team
- Good communication in Arabic and English
Nice to Have
- Microservices, Kafka or Redis
- Docker and Kubernetes, or any cloud platform
- OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (Keycloak)
- Experience in fintech, insurtech or regulated environments
Hiring Process
